Yann is a rising independent artist with a wide variety of sound. A combination of rhythm enand syncopations the Queens, New York native started recording at the age of 18; the artist’s first recording experience began in a basement and is growing to greater heights. Yann is highly influenced by Dancehall, Hip-Hop, R&B, and Neo-Soul artists as you may hear in his repertoire. In his foray into music he brings forward unity through courageous honesty and experimentation.

Yann hopes to be the channel for the first generation to lead for the next. The intersection between pioneering & unwritten law. Yann brings the grey area to the forefront with an avant-garde approach to representing the first-gen collegiate /American community and embracing the global diaspora.
